Hello and welcome!
I'm a Camera Technician and Outside Broadcast (OB) Operator currently based between Dunedin, New Zealand and Bristol, UK. With experience as a Camera Technician in a busy Bristolian rental house and as an OB Operator specialising in the Camera Control Unit (CCU), I have extensive technical knowledge and experience using broadcast and HETV camera equipment.
Following a Bachelor’s in Conservation Biology, I chose to pursue a Master’s degree at the National Film and Television School to develop my technical and storytelling skills. My graduate film, The Dingo Fence, which explores human-dingo conflict in Australia went on to win the 'Best Newcomer' award at Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam 2024.
My main passions lie in long-lens, drone and timelapse, and I'm now working on putting my skills to use, whilst transitioning into the Natural History space.
